These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xx666 ("xx666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at xx666.im and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by the Player directly from a payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Visa/Mastercard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required by xx666 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the xx666 Platform is unlawful or restricted.

To register and maintain an active account on xx666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xx666 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age where required.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or corporate entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold any existing xx666 account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from xx666 and are not currently subject to any self-exclusion period on the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impaired judgment.

xx666 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified to xx666's reasonable satisfaction.

To access real-money games, betting markets, and financial features on xx666, you must register an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xx666 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended;
• Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals across all associated accounts may be forfeited;
• xx666 may permanently bar the individual from future registration on the Platform.

xx666 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request and to provide supporting documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by xx666.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx666 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your xx666 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. xx666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify xx666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, discover that your password has been compromised, or become aware of any suspicious activity on your account. xx666 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the xx666 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xx666 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your xx666 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. xx666 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed;

• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

xx666 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, xx666 may hold funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

xx666 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all xx666 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. xx666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established;

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket, PSL, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with xx666's sportsbook rules. All bets are final once confirmed. xx666 reserves the right to void bets where a market is opened or settled in error, where the result of an event is uncertain, or where xx666 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity in relation to a market.

Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by the game outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, xx666's system logs will be used to determine the state of play at the time of disconnection and to settle any affected bets accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their lawful consent;

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening xx666 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Registering or using an account if you are a minor (under 21 years of age), a self-excluded player, or a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xx666 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any xx666 content;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the xx666 Platform;

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xx666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The xx666 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xx666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

xx666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where xx666 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to xx666, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• xx666 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

You may close your xx666 account at any time by contacting xx666 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xx666 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising between you and xx666 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to xx666 customer support for resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents xx666 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or legal rights.

Where amendments are material, xx666 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, via an on-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the xx666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.
